As a School and Youth Program Manager, you’ll serve the schools and families of our community with immersive, experiential youth education, building on the Trustees’ expertise in nature conversation, designed landscapes, regenerative agriculture, and coastal education to create our innovative nature and farm-centered systems-based curriculum. Reporting to the Southeast Senior Regional Engagement Manager, you will support The Trustees’ mission in two capacities.
1. Coordinating and leading youth and school programs
2. Managing all operations of the Weir River Farm and World’s End’s Camps (summer and school vacation weeks)

This is a full-time, exempt position (40 hours/week) reporting directly to the Senior Regional Engagement Manager.
Required Skills and Experience:
Preferred: Master’s degree in Education, Environmental Studies, or Agriculture
