Teach at Aim High Summer 2025!

As part of our teaching team, you’ll spend the summer empowering middle schoolers from marginalized communities and teaching the way you love to teach—innovative curriculum, small classes, supportive community, and endless opportunities to inspire.

At Aim High, we are committed to investing in all educators, no matter their level of experience. Our summer program serves as a teacher training program and laboratory of learning for educators. All staff engage in a comprehensive week-long training before the summer, followed by weekly coaching, classroom observations, and real-time feedback from experienced educational leaders, our Site Directors, and Instructional Coaches.

In partnership with Chico State’s School of Education, we provide credentialed and aspiring teachers the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Credits at no cost, fully financed by Aim High.

Through our Aspiring Teacher Fellowship, we aim to broaden the educator pipeline in California by fostering a diverse and well-prepared community of teachers. This initiative addresses the teacher shortage crisis and equips teachers to create joyful learning experiences for students. Our mission is to develop the next generation of educational leaders, shaping the future of education in California and beyond.

Summer 2025 Program Dates:

• Oakland | San Jose: June 9 – July 18
• San Pablo | Richmond | San Rafael | Napa | Novato | San Francisco: June 16 – July 25
• Tahoe/Truckee: June 23 – August 1
