WHS Credit Recovery (Special Education Teacher) Temporary

Certified Classroom Instructor for Credit Accumulation – Windsor High School
The credit recovery teacher will direct instruction and facilitate student-directed use of Edgenuity.

The teacher will be expected to provide instructional assistance throughout the summer program. Vacation or personal time will not be granted. Other responsibilities include: monitoring student progress, classroom management, submission of grades, and collection of daily attendance. Summer teachers work under the direction of the Summer Program Coordinator and building administrator. An Edgenuity/summer program training session will be required before the start of the summer program. Positions will be filled based on district need, student enrollment, teacher certification, and program experience.

Requirements:

(065) Comprehensive Special Education, Gr. PreK-12, or (165) Comprehensive Special Ed, Gr.K-12 for appropriate area

Dates: June 23, 2025 – July 31, 2026 (Monday – Thursday)

Hours:
Student Session 1: 8:00 am – 11:00 am
Student Session 2: 11:30 am- 2:30 pm

Rate: $45 per hour
