Join Champions and support elementary-aged children during out-of-school time directly on school grounds. Whether you’re inspiring students to aim higher, partnering with administrators to expand programs, or building strong connections with families, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of learning.

Position: Teacher
Location: Various locations
Pay Range: $12.50 – $32.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare’s curriculum tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and thrive.
• Partner and communicate with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, community partners, and state licensing authorities.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Physically able to lift 40 lbs., work indoors/outdoors, and engage in physical activities with children.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English to engage with children and families.
